GENERAL TERMS:
Pls note – delivery cost are excluded. - this is subject to if within delivery area a minimal fee will be added - if courier to be used depends on weight and area.

50% deposit required on all orders: balance payable on completion of order and before delivery

Samples will only be supplied after Official quote received.

Due to the large stock holding its impossible to carry samples of all the units, and samples can only be kept for 10 working days and then returned in there original packaging.

All prices on site exclude the branding costs and artwork set up fees
ORDERING PROCESS
We only accept order in writing, either by email or fax, preventing any misunderstanding about the order. This enables us and you as the client to keep records of orders placed.

RETURN POLICY:
Goods will not be deemed to be refundable if wash-care instructions have not been adhered to

Electronic Transfer
Electronic transfer payments are the accepted form of payment in most businesses today, and ours is no exception. Once the payment is reflected in our bank account, we will release the goods. Please allow 1 – 3 days for this if you do not bank with Standard Bank.
